Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of wisesprout.co.uk and the programmes we run. Wisesprout is operated by Relin Ltd, registered in England and Wales【公司注册号待填】. By creating an account or booking a programme you agree to these terms.
1 · Accounts
Accounts are held by a parent or guardian, who is responsible for the account and for bookings made through it. Keep your sign-in details safe and tell us promptly about any unauthorised use. You must give us accurate information.
2 · Our services
We connect students with active academics for one-to-one mentorship, group courses (such as seminars, lab immersions and workshops), and residential programmes. Mentors set their own one-to-one rates; group-course prices are set by us and shown to signed-in users. Descriptions of each programme are given on its page; the specific mentor, dates and schedule are confirmed per booking or per cohort.
We do not guarantee university offers, grades or outcomes — no honest provider can. What we commit to is the substance described on each programme page.
3 · Booking and payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in pounds sterling and are charged at booking. Session packages (10/30/50) carry the discounts shown at checkout; the rate you pay is locked at purchase even if a mentor later changes their listed rate.
Group courses may open as interest collection first; payment is only taken once a course is confirmed to run and enrolment opens. If a confirmed course is cancelled by us, you receive a full refund.
4 · Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds
Rescheduling of one-to-one sessions is arranged through the platform between you and your mentor. Cancellation and refund windows for each programme type are stated on the programme page and at checkout【各产品线窗口待 Ren 终确认 · 现行口径见 FAQ】. Statutory rights under UK consumer law are unaffected.
5 · Conduct
Communication with mentors runs through the order message board, which our admin team can see — this protects students, parents and mentors alike. Do not use the platform to arrange off-platform payment, to harass anyone, or to share unlawful content. Files you upload must relate to your coursework; we review uploaded materials before they are visible. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
6 · Intellectual property
Teaching materials provided through the platform are for the enrolled student's personal study and may not be redistributed or resold. Work you create (e.g. homework, your research report) remains yours; you grant us the limited licence needed to store and share it with your mentor for teaching.
7 · Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence). Otherwise, our liability in connection with a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when you booked.
8 · Changes and contact
