Our Programme
Taught directly by professors from the top universities, you’ll enjoy 20 hours of core academic contact time across the 5-day teaching programme. Lessons are delivered in a dynamic format, including lectures, seminars, and practical session insights, enabling you to gain a valuable preview of what it's like to study your subject at the degree level.
In addition to the core courses, you'll also benefit from our PhD Student Seminars, which are designed to prepare you for the university application process in the UK. Topics will include: 1. Applying to the UK and Imperial, 2. The UCAS personal statement, 3. Academic career planning.
Logistics, Safety & Support
Hassle-Free Journey: We provide a unified departure from China. Our staff will accompany students throughout the entire flight, including check-in and China customs departure.
Upon arrival, dedicated personnel will guide students through UK customs. A private airport transfer will be waiting to ensure a seamless transition.
During the stay, we will provide private shuttle buses for all journeys (including campus transitions and city tours), ensuring safety, comfort, and efficiency.
Student safety is our top priority. We provide close supervision, and all accommodation and campus locations are monitored by CCTV.
Students will be allocated an academic and pastoral mentor, who are current Imperial PhD students.
Mentors provide round-the-clock supervision and support (other than when students are in their rooms).
All staff and student mentors have a valid, enhanced DBS check and have been vetted to ensure they are suitable to work with young people.

On campus days, lunch will be provided at university canteens, offering an authentic university experience.
During excursions, group meals will be provided.

Immersive University Life: Students will stay in secure student dormitories, experiencing the authentic life of a British university student.
Safety & Security: The dormitories are equipped with comprehensive CCTV surveillance and strict electronic access control systems, ensuring a high-security environment.
